Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how GoYou Brands LLC ("GoYou Brands," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Meldio ("the Service"). Meldio provides free, instant, self-service access — no application or waiting period — and the same account gives you the full range of features described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following:

• Content you submit — the text, scripts, or documents you paste or upload to generate audio.
• Account information — a username and the projects associated with your account.
• Generated output — the audio files produced from your content.
• Basic technical data — such as IP address, used to enforce usage limits and for security purposes.

A small number of legacy pages allow content to be submitted without creating an account. Where that applies, see Section 6 for how that content is handled.

3. How we use it

We use this information solely to operate the Service: generating your audio, saving your projects, and preventing abuse. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your content to train our own models.

4. Third-party processing

To generate audio and, when needed, to automatically identify speakers in unformatted text, your content is sent to the following third-party providers for processing:

• ElevenLabs — voice generation
• Anthropic — automatic speaker detection, only when your content doesn't already indicate who is speaking

These providers process your content under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review those directly if you have specific questions about their handling of data.

Meldio is not designed or intended for the submission of protected health information (PHI) or other regulated health data, and we do not currently have the data-processing agreements in place with our third-party providers that such data would require. Please do not upload or paste PHI into the Service.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service — which pages are visited, general usage patterns, and similar aggregate behavior. This does not include the content of your scripts or generated audio. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies as part of this. You can review Google's own privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Data retention

Content and generated audio associated with your account are retained until you delete the project or request account deletion. On the small number of legacy pages that allow content to be submitted without an account, that content is automatically deleted, along with its generated audio, 24 hours after the project was created.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us using the information below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as GDPR for EU/UK residents).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
